TripSwipe lets you browse and save activity ideas for cities worldwide. Activity listings, prices, availability, and booking links are provided by third parties (including Viator) and may change without notice. We do not operate the activities ourselves and are not responsible for booking fulfillment, refunds, or the quality of third-party experiences.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account, or by emailing david.eagan@gmail.com.
Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt our APIs, scrape content at scale, reverse engineer the service for competing products, or use TripSwipe for unlawful purposes.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TripSwipe or third-party bookings.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
